Conditions of Use

Welcome to the clothingtrims.com website, which operates under the tradename Clothingtrims.

Except as otherwise noted, these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Site. Please read them carefully, since your visit to the Site—and activities you partake in herein, including placing an order, serve as your agreement to be bound by them. In other words, your use of the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by them, you should not access or use the Site, or place any orders herein.

We reserve the sole right to change the Site and these Terms at any time. We’ll post these changes here, and suggest you review these Terms each time you access the Site.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Email: info@clothingtrims.com.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the product should be in its original condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns.

All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery date.  Clothingtrims is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.  Original merchandise must be returned and received by Clothingtrims before refunds can be processed.

When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account for the value of the merchandise returned. We do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or you received a product other than that which was ordered.  Please ship return items via service with a traceable delivery system.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Special order items (e.g. items utilizing the customer’s original artwork or logo)
• On-sale items
• Back-ordered items over one (1) gross
• Items that do not include original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Copyright

All of the content you see on the Site, including, but not limited to, page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text (collectively, the “Content”) is the exclusive property of Clothingtrims and/or is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Clothingtrims, by any affiliate or third party that’s licensed or assigned their rights, interests and/or materials to us.

The Content is copyrighted as a collective work under China and other applicable copyright laws, and Clothingtrims owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of the Content. Both the Content and the Site are intended solely for the personal and non-commercial use of the users of our site.

You may download, print, and store selected portions of the Content, but only if (1) you use any such copies of the Content only for your own personal and non-commercial use, (2) you do not copy or post the Content on any network computer or broadcast the Content in any media and/or in any form or format, (3) you do not modify or alter the Content in any way, or delete or change any copyright or trademark notice, and (4) you properly credit all intellectual property rights. Reviews, Comments, E-mails, And Other Contents

You may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Clothingtrims reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, you grant Clothingtrims and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Clothingtrims and its associates the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content if you choose. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided in this way electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Clothingtrims will send related information, promotions, and special discounts to the email address provided by its customers unless a customer indicates he/she no longer wants to receive these email communications (opt-out) by sending an e-mail to service@clothingtrims.com.

Your Membership Account

If you use Clothingtrims and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Clothingtrims and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Clothingtrims harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of Clothingtrims. You agree to indemnify Clothingtrims from all claims of third parties including intellectual property rights claims related to a name, logo, brand, design, or any other form of intellectual property you provide to us.

Disclaimer

The Site and the Content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of the Site is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of the Site, and that Clothingtrims shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use.

Terms Governing Purchase And Delivery Of Product

General

For this section only, “you” refers to a customer who purchases products from Clothingtrims. When you purchase a product from us, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price. This price, including delivery fees and taxes, if any, is to be paid in full at the time your order is placed. If the ordered item is out of stock, Clothingtrims reserves the right to cancel the order and refund possible payments. In this case, we will notify you immediately that the item is out of stock. We will then send you a message to negotiate a shipping date.

Address changes

In case of order or address information needs to be changed after your order is placed, Clothingtrims will make a reasonable effort to adjust the order or address; nevertheless, if the goods have already been shipped, you need to pay the extra cost of changing the address.

Delivery/shipping time

• We will send the goods within 4-10 business days after receiving your payment.
  If the payment is not completed on time, your order will be automatically closed.
• We offer worldwide shipping and ship from China mainland.
• Our default shipment is by Express. It usually takes 3-9 days to arrive.
  Since our customers are from the whole world, we will calculate the best express shipping cost for you based on your location (usually DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX)
• We will ship by air freight or by sea if your package is bulky and heavy. And we will discuss it with you by email. If you are ready to place a large order,  please contact us and we will give you an extra discount on the shipping cost.

Please note that once you place your order and pay, we will make every effort to prepare these packages and ship them to you as quickly as possible. If we encounter factors beyond our control, such as out of stock, need for special preparation, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. We will try to contact you via email within 24 hours for instructions.

Clothingtrims is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: severe weather, carrier routing errors or other delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address entered by the customer, etc.

Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. But if you don’t receive it within the shipping time, please contact us immediately. We’ll check it out for you. Because sometimes there are delays due to traffic or flight congestion. Please do not complain to us. We will be responsible for resending or refunding any lost items.

Promotions and special offers

Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon, and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of the offer or an amount equal to the offer. Clothingtrims has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time.
