Shipment

• We will send the goods within 4-10 business days after receiving your payment.
  If the payment is not completed on time, your order will be automatically closed.
• We offer worldwide shipping and ship from China mainland.

• Our default shipment is by Express. Usually, production time takes around 2-6 days. Shipping time is around 5-7 business days via FedEx express, and around 15 business days via EMS Express.
• Since our customers are from the whole world, we will calculate the best express shipping cost for you based on your location (usually DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX)

• We will ship by air freight or by sea if your package is bulky and heavy. And we will discuss it with you by email. If you are ready to place a large order,  please contact us and we will give you an extra discount on the shipping cost.

Please note that once you place your order and pay, we will make every effort to prepare these packages and ship them to you as quickly as possible. If we encounter factors beyond our control, such as out of stock, need for special preparation, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. We will try to contact you via email within 24 hours for instructions.

Clothingtrims is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: severe weather, carrier routing errors or other delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address entered by the customer, etc.

Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. But if you don’t receive it within the shipping time, please contact us immediately. We’ll check it out for you. Because sometimes there are delays due to traffic or flight congestion. Please do not complain to us. We will be responsible for resending or refunding any lost items.
