Q: Which payment method should I use if I customize bulk products with my logos?

A: 1. by Paypal. 2. by Bank Transfer(T/T) 3. by Western Union. If you want to purchase online products but do not have a PayPal account, please contact us. We accept both bank transfer and Western Union.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: We use express to ship in-stock products in 4-10 days. If everything goes smoothly, it will be much faster in 4-8 days. For bulk goods and customized goods, the delivery time will be 4-9 days by FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc; 7-10 days by air freight; and 30-40 days by sea. And we will discuss with you specific shipping methods to meet your needs.

Q: Can I return the products I purchased?

A: Yes, of course. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the receipt of your order. The product should be in its original condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns.

Q: Why are the buttons not all the same?

A: All of our buttons here are of high quality. Sometimes a certain product will have a slight color difference due to the light source of the shooting and other reasons. But we guarantee that the color difference of all products is within the allowed range.

In addition, for some buttons made of natural materials such as shell buttons, the actual product you receive may have some texture differences from the products sold on the website. Please trust us that this is normal. Each natural shell button is unique and they are carefully selected manually. Therefore, you can rest assured of their quality.

Q: Do you supply customized services and add my logos?

A: Yes, of course. We can customize any product in our category that you need. You can customize with your own brand logo, color, size, style, and packaging. The MOQ often Starts from 100 pieces. We also support low minimum quantity. For large quantities, you can enjoy at least a 20% volume discount and lower unit price.

Q: What logo file format should I send for my customization?

A: We need a vector graphic file but not a bitmap file. The vector graphic bitmap file should be PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG,  BMP, PSD, or CDR. And the design must be still clear even after infinitely enlarging, not the phenomena of mosaic, or it is a bitmap file, not a vector graphic file.
